In alignment with their new expansion strategy, they are seeking to appoint a Business Development Managers who is capable of driving growth, building brand equity and providing holistic and tailored solutions to new and existing Agricultural clients customers.
The Business Development Manager will work highly autonomously and be responsible for building their own pipeline through the development and management of key relationships. In addition the successful applicant will manage a small team of analysts and encourage the the development of a healthy referral flow from retail and third party networks.
In a competitive marketplace it is critical that the new incumbent understand the power of their own personal brand and how to differentiate through the provision of tailored and innovative strategies as well as first class service.
The successful individuals will possess outstanding relationship skills, a solid understanding of credit risk and the ability to manage long term relationships. Individuals with a strong commitment to regional Australia are highly sought after.
